TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

The following ‘Terms & Conditions’ are applicable to all the participants / contestants of ‘Smart Workplace Awards promoted / organised by ET-ACER-Intel—

1. Last date of submission of entries is 4th June, 2008. Entries received after the specified deadline will be automatically disqualified.

2. Entries with incomplete information and supporting documents will not be considered for participation

3. Maximum of five entries are permitted from an organization for different lines of business

4. Entries can only be submitted from companies with offices in the following cities only:
Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Cochin, Coimbatore, Kolkata

5. It’s the responsibility of organizations to ensure that the entry reaches the specified address by the specified date and no responsibility will be taken for entries lost / delayed in the mail.

6. All entries will be reviewed and if short-listed, subjected to visits and a Jury round. If short-listed for a visit, organizations must allow access to the respective members for inspection, the date of which to be mutually agreed upon by all parties Organizations selected for awards must make their own arrangements to travel to Mumbai to attend the award ceremony.

7. Organizations short-listed for awards would be notified by phone followed by a letter/e-mail.

8. Companies sponsoring this event would not be eligible to participate.

9. Organizers of the event reserve right to accept or reject any entry based on Technical grounds

10. Disputes if any, to be resolved within the jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts.

11. The Promoters / Organisers reserve the right to add, alter, modify, change or vary all or any of these Terms & Conditions, wholly or in part, at anytime without giving any prior notice and the participant / contestant / winner agrees to abide by such additions, alterations, modifications and changes.

12. Participation is restricted to Indian companies only and is purely voluntary. No entry fee is payable for participation in the Contest.

13. Mere participation does not entitle you to win the award.

14. You are not allowed to modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, reproduce, publish, license, sell or transfer any information contained in this site.

15. You may not access this site and operate on any false E-mail ID for the purpose of gaining access into this site for your personal use.

16. The decision of the Jury will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the same.

17. The participant represents warrants and assures that the information provided by him/her, Promoters / Organisers to register/participate in the contest shall be correct and true to the best of his/her knowledge. Moreover, the information so provided shall be deemed to have been voluntarily supplied, non-confidential and the participant hereby discharges all obligations of confidentiality. The Promoters/Organisers shall be free to replicate, utilise, reveal and hand out the information to third parties without restrictions, etc.

18. Your participation in the contests will be construed as an acceptance of the above stated rules & regulations.
