What is the process of registration?
To register you company, follow the below mentioned steps—
Step 1: Fill up the registration form 1 available on the website
Step 2: After submitting the 1st level form, the participating organization will get an automated email with a link following to online form 2.
Subsequently, participating organizations will have to fill in this online form 2 and upload all relevant details

How do I enrol?
The enrolment form attached herewith needs to be duly filled. Ensure that the details provided by you are correct. The Terms and Conditions are carefully drafted to suit the requirements. Prior to registration, check the details provided therein and if acceptable proceed with the formalities.
What are the second level questions?
We will intimate you the second level questions via an email shortly after receiving your form following the process of analysis.
What is the last day of the entry submission?
The last day of the entry submission is 4th June, 2008.
What are the parameters of the judgement for the awards?
Entries will be shortlisted on the basis of the short note, supporting documents and the feedback received from the PwC and ET representatives. The Jury members would select the leading entries for awards, for each of six verticals and size (Small, Medium and Large).
Who will be present in the jury panel?
Jury would comprise members from the following:
- PricewaterhouseCoopers
- Times Group
- Industry experts of respective verticals from various organizations
- Other independent members from fields such as Human Resources, Architecture etc.
Is there an application fee?
No, but you must complete the portfolio and meet all legal and technical requirements to be considered for the award.
When will winners receive their award?
We will present the awards during the Smart Workplace Award Ceremony, of which the date shall be communicated to you soon. The Award ceremony will be held in Mumbai.

What is the most important component of registration application?
The most important component of the application is a 200 words note describing why your organization should be selected for the 'Smart Workplace Award'. Substantial entries may be pleasant to read but we anticipate that a thorough, fair exposition of relevant details pertaining to your IT infrastructure presented in a concise manner of no more than 200 words, is most likely to win the jury's approval. The participants may provide this 200 word account either by filling in the space provided on the HTML page, or by uploading a .doc or .pdf file of the account.
