the basis of number of employees.

Eligibility Criteria
The Awards are targeted at organisations across the following major cities:-
Delhi (NCR), Chandigarh, Mumbai, Pune and Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Cochin, Kolkata
Only Companies with registered establishment in India can
submit entries.
Entries to be restricted to a maximum of 5 divisions/offices
per organization.
Evaluation and Selection Process
- Information
regarding this event would be released by series of advertisements
through various channels. Participants would be required to
initially submit an online registration form to confirm their
interest. These participants would be notified of the receipt
of registration form by an automated e-mail confirmation. At
the same time, participants would be given information on the
Rules and Regulations of the event.
- They would also be requested
to submit a detailed questionnaire along with supporting documents
and an approximately 200 word note on Smart Workplace.
- Participants would be allowed to submit the required information
no later than 4th June, 2008.
- Participants who fail to meet the deadlines would automatically
be disqualified.
- Entries will be checked for completion of forms and submission
of evidence pertaining to technology infrastructure, photos/brochures
of the office, layout/design, security and access control information
etc.
- On the basis of the volume of response received, entries that
do not have adequate information will either be disqualified
or called back through a call center in which case participants
would be allowed further 3 days to submit the remaining information.
- Entries with complete information would be accepted for the
next round of evaluation.
- From all the complete entries received, an evaluation team
consisting of members from PricewaterhouseCoopers and ET would select 90 entries
on the basis of a questionnaire and other supporting documents
submitted by the participants.
- These 90 entries would form equal representation across catagories and verticals.
- Representatives of PricewaterhouseCoopers and ET would visit these offices
for inspection and validation of the relevant information
provided by the participants.
- Representatives of PricewaterhouseCoopers and ET would then provide their
feedback of inspection and validation to the Jury members.
- Travel and logistics plan for the visits these offices across different cities would be finalized once all entries
are short-listed for the visits.
Jury Process
Jury would comprise members from the following:
- PricewaterhouseCoopers
- Times Group
- Industry experts of respective verticals from various
organizations
- Other independent members from fields such as Human Resources,
Architecture etc.
Jury members would select entries out of 90 on the
basis of short note of 200 words, supporting documents submitted
by the participants and the feedback received on the basis
of visits by the jury.
Thus Jury members would select top entries for awards for
each of six verticals and size (Small, Medium and Large).
